“During my stay at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, I was impressed by the really good variety of dining options available. The food was noticeably better than my previous visit in 2020, with a range of cuisines to choose from. The breakfast buffets were particularly enjoyable, although I did miss having pico de gallo readily accessible. Dinners at the a la carte restaurants like Ciao and Le Petit Cochon provided a fantastic dining experience, great to indulge in some truly good meals.” view full review

“I really appreciated the thoughtful features in my room during the stay. The key as a bracelet eliminated any worries of losing a key card, and the tablet provided a convenient way to order room service, request maid service, or check restaurant hours. “As a family, we found plenty of activities to keep our kids entertained. The water park was a standout feature, equipped with numerous slides and a dedicated area for fun. It was great to see that there were also options like eco bike tours around the hotel, where we encountered the diverse wildlife. The kids had a blast jumping on trampolines at Vibe City, making our family vacation more fun.” view full review

“The pool areas at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya were pristine and offered a relaxing retreat. I found it amazing that, despite being at full capacity, we could always find a peaceful spot. I especially enjoyed the lunch buffet that could be delivered right to our pool chairs, enhancing the leisurely experience while soaking up the sun. The diligent pool staff ensured clean towels were always available, making our time by the pool all the more enjoyable.” view full review
